Kinda wrong there, we WERE neutral during the Winter War, and look how well that turned out. Then in the Continuation war (eg. the rest of WWII for us), we allied (sorta) with Nazi Germany to attack Soviet Union during Barbarossa, and in 1944 when Finland made peace with Soviet Union, we had to declare war on our erstwhile allies, and had to drive Germans out of northern Finland in the Lappland War. Jerries burned Rovaniemi and few other places, while retreating, and that sort of thing.

So it was... complicated.
