Last night was spent combining the Oculus Rift with VoiceAttack and the HCS "Astra" Voice Pack.
I have say it all added up to a pretty mind blowing experience!

Id have to be retired, and single, and plumbed in so I could piss myself... regularly.

The great thing with the Oculus is that it goes up in value the minute you buy one. People were selling their mk1 to buy the mk2 and making a profit! It seems to come down to the fact there is a long waiting list for them (I think I had to wait 3 months) so people will pay silly money just to have one right now!

They've recently released the Wings feature for it. I haven't used it, though, because I've no friends

So I picked this up today, tried my hand at the training, which I was rubbish at, then tried the real game, only missions available were land based ones in systems to far for me to travel to, couldn't work out the trading, and so just took off, ended up in a dog fight with 4 pirates...though think they may have been players against some police ships or something, I lasted around 40 seconds before dying...feel like I was ripped off to be honest.
