Required: Freelance Sculptors

The Warlord Games design studio is looking to further add to its stable of freelance sculptors. In particular we’re looking for more capacity for sculpting our Doctor Who and Beyond the Gates of Antares range digitally although top notch traditional sculptors are also welcome!

If you are capable of producing startling likenesses of characters such as Captain Jack Harkness, Sarah Jane Smith and Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, along with the ability to replicate the various monsters and baddies from the show to the quality of the figures shown below, we are interested in seeing what you can do.

Please send example images of your best work in this vein to our Design Studio Manager at paul.sawyer@warlordgames.com along with your availability and any pertinent information about yourself or your experience.

Were there any deformed banana men in Doctor Who? If so I stand a chance. They really need a decent sculptor for this range.

I know crooked dice and Heresy don't do Dr Who miniatures  but if they did, they'd probably look considerably better than those...

I was looking forward to the Who minis, but... I'm not hugely impressed so far. One thing I get from them is they all (so far) look like display models, not gaming models. Might be just me, but they look like they're posing for a photoshoot rather than anything else. At least have the Doctor pointing his sonic or something.
