Postby sjoerdo » Thu May 12, 2016 6:37 am

Looking for 28mm (approx.) metal miniatures to represent Sherlock and Watson. Does anyone know a company that do a good representation?

Thanks in Advance!

Think you need to define what period or who you want to represent with the different styles of film and TV now...

For me and the 'classic' Basil Rathbone look I would go for Mutton Chop Miniatures http://www.empressminiatures.com/userim ... cart51.htm and MC011 Sheer Luck Basil and Bruce

I like the Northstar IHMN ones:

Unfortunately you need to buy thw whole Scotland Yard starter box. But they are nice minis too, bit of a Ripper Street vibe to them.

I'm looking for the mid to late 19th century Holmes.

Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Mutton chop's Watson is quite nice, but all the Sherlock's are less than impressive. I prefer a Sherlock wearing a coat actually.

If anyone has anymore suggestions please let me know.

If you can find the old Steve Buddle one that was done by Spyglass that is one of the best Sherlock miniatures.....and has a coat.

Reaper has one with a coat. And a book. And a lantern. ;-)
