I almost resculpted teh arms because I thoguht it might not come across, btu I like hte pose too much. The idea is that he has just completed a slightly angled downward sweep and has turned the blade with his right hand, relaxed the grip of his left hand to allow the turn of the leading edge, and is poised to let the weight of the sword carry it back to a high ready guard or into a second stroke. The idea is an aggressive post action / transitional pose.
