I got out earlier than you Jon, but the Dartford tunnel was just as bad and 2 accidents on the M11 meant I got home at 10. Roll on personal jet packs that can carry a full game.

Thank you for the warm welcome , the useful suggestions and links. I've had a look at your build log of Calvados and Chips, yesterday it very impressive seeing it develop into the finished article.
I am sorry to hear of your travel woes, I am regularly perplexed by people who insist on using their motor cars has bumper cars the moment they get near a motorway.

Cheers!

Hello Again ,

I thought I'd follow up my previous posts with a brief up-date outlining my last game of Chain of Command, which can be seen at the follwing link. http://miniature-inspiration.blogspot.c ... ction.html
You guys were kind enough to answer my questions on Chain of Command back in October at SEWG. Subsequently I've started playing it regulary and am currently builing a Japanese army. I am very impressed with it. Very much enjoying it. So thanks guys.

Cheers,

Jerry

Happy to have been of service and convert you to the CoC :D and that AAR reads like the real thing. I've got 1940 forces half finished in 28mm, must try and get them completed this year, its my favourite WW2 campaign.

We'll be down at Tunbridge at the weekend for the Cavalier show, the penultimate outing for our 1944 game. Are you going Jerry?

Greetings,

Thanks for your response. I am pleased you liked the after action report, Sadly the aerial observer was a bit worried about ground fire , hence the pictures are not the best. I’ll have a word with him before the next game to see if he can get in closer!

I put request into “High Command” about the possibility of attending Cavalier on Sunday, so hopefully I’ll be along. It will be good to see Calvados and Chips again, but with a better knowledge of Chain of Command.

Cheers,

Jerry
