Lincombe Barn Wargames Society Table Top Sale Sunday

Postby Bronshtein » Thu May 07, 2015 7:25 pm

As the title says.
There is a table top sale on in Bristol this Sunday 0930-1300hrs at Lincombe Barn Folk House.
There's usually loads of good stuff (and old tat) going at a mix of prices.
Afterwards the club puts on games for members and anyone else who wants to join in.
There will be the usual all sorts plus the unusual - John Curry puts on a slightly different game each year - this year it is a modern crisis map game (other games will have toys to play with :) ) which sounds as if it will be challenging and entertaining. (His stuff usually is).
Worth £2 (£4 before 1000hrs - giving you half an hour to snaffle all the bargains.

Buying today, and playing afterwards.
Good job you didn't see it, forgot the scarf in the car!
Did accost one poor man in a red rugby shirt - turned out to be British Lions shirt and he was English - most upset when I suggested it might be a Wales Shirt.

Sorry I missed you - they'd shut the M48 bridge and by the time I'd driven back to the M4 crossing I didn't get there until 1100. Quite quiet by the time I got there. How was it for you?

Quiet, but happy to have picked up two big lots of Foundry Early Imperial Romans for less than half price - still in the packs. :D

And a small bit of resin terrain and some books - this is the first time I've been - some of those people have more tat than me.....

Another time - Devizes is the next local one for me - that's it until Colours
