nicked from Tim C: Basecoat Dark Flesh, stipple on first Vermin Brown, Then Fiery Orange and then Blazing Orange. Very lightly dry brush Boltgun Metal to finish.

They use airbrushing to acheive some of the look any tips for airbrush work and what type to get ect?

I'm thinking of something pretty versatile because want to spray model planes as well.

Very much like what Andrea Miniatures suggest on painting 54mm figures, especially horses.

anyone point me at something that will explain how to attach mini's to resin bases, never done this and am scared...

pin drill holes in the feet of the mini, insert bits of brass wire and glue, let glue dry, place on resin base, press/scratch where the wire hits the resin, drill there and glue pretty much does it for me...

A tip I got from the Gi6istinian, iirc; cut down the tab to the size of a large pin and drill a hole to fit into the resin - works a treat especially if you've got a razor saw to chew though the tabs. A lot easier than drilling and pining the feet, especially if they are small.
