Coherence
Bunch of proper twats get together for a dinner party, shit happens.
Its ok, but I didn't really grow to care for any of the characters. They are all the type of people you would actively avoid spending time with. Whiny self important wankers.
But, the premise was interesting, its more sci-fi than horror

Ride the BulletStephen King adaption. I haven't read the book. Annoying manchild with hot girlfriend whines on about 'why am I so unlucky'. Absolute cock. Makes it difficult to sympathise at all. It jumps all over the place and doesn't really stay coherent. The big payoff also doesn't work cause he makes a choice and then nothing really happens.
The final ending bit is also eye wateringly shit, I assume the chap they got in to do it had never acted before or it was the directors dad.

Bollocks - tempted to watch it now. I used to love those crappy late 50s early 60s horror films where they obviously ran out of cash half way through and there were unconnected scenes strapped together with last minute head shot dialogue written by the editing room cleaner.

Everything in this thread is 90s onwards.
I quite like watching the old stuff and it gets a 'pass' from me due to its age.
I'm going to start a new thread covering Hammer, Amicus etc

Keeping in mind your impressive walking dead game, I'm wondering if you're perhaps looking for films to base games on?

Sorry Steders, wasn't trying to derail this thread - it was just your description reminded me of those 'so bad, they're good' moments.
Never will anything pre 1990 be mentioned again.

of his house to describe how he made his plaster of paris panthers?

No probs Bronho :D

Kiss of the Vampire. 1963
But only because it has Isobel Black in it and I was madly in love with her from the TV series Mogul/The Troubleshooters (which wasn't made until 1967/8).
There are several versions about - don't watch the US TV version - it's almost a completely different film - sans blood and I think missing the bit with Isobel/Tania digging in the graveyard and biting Zimmer (odd having a vampire hunter called Mr Room :? )

EDIT _ Bollocks - Sorry  - start the other thread quick before I transgress again and have to listen to more badly pirated figure stories from the 60s as penance
