Probably. The world does hate us and me. It just seems to be the way.

One day though, most of the known world will be flooded and people will cling to anything that floats, then me and my people will be the masters, you'll see, we won't need sub forums then, we'll need webbed fingers and toes to swim, and you'll all be screwed! Mawhahahahahahahaha!

Actually...no..it's more than that isn't it?
You're quite right. It doesn't pick up everything does it?

Bugger. I must have jinxed it.

Yup. Just seen that Studiominiatures have put up a new thread in the marblesybit and it's not appearing on the active thread bit.

At a stab-in-the-dark sort of guess I'd say that a new thread doesn't count as active until someone responds to it. Which then leaves us back at square one, where people do have to click in the sub forums to see if there are threads that have not been responded to, which then defeats it all, sadly.

Unless of course it can be changed.

If so then I shall return to splashing about with my plans of world domination.

These [view new post] thingies and the like are only ever working part of the time. Not just here- on LAF 1 out of 4 times, when I click [view unread...] it doesn't show any topics, despite all the new posts.

I don't use the 'active' which, presumably, will only be active if someone replies. Rather the 'new' which, as far as I can see puts up anything new - both thread and replies to existing threads - and is only fucked up if one reads it on different systems (which is my own fault!)

Well the active bit is right although it still doesn't feature anything from the painting forum.

It also doesn't identify which sub forum it is from.

No disrespect days but I don't like the 'new' system. Working shifts means I can go 24hrs or more without looking on here at times and I just want to browse, sometimes look at threads I only glanced at a couple of days ago.

The sub forums have really hampered my browsing experience.

Sorry, but the more I fucking use this new sub forum shit the more I fucking hate it. I am missing new threads left right and centre, the recent activity bit under them is clogged the fuck up by inactive sticky topics, a lot of stuff is slipping through the gaps and I am missing out on stuff.

Please for fucks sake sort it out. It just isn't frothers any more, it's too bittey!

And yes, I may have just had a bad day, and yes I may have had a little to drink too, but this has just tipped me over the edge! I want the frothers I know and love back! I don't even care if it is slightly broken, it just adds to the charm.

Agreed. At least merge scouting and col marbles mess hall. I have no idea what the distinction is anyway.

The only issue I have is that white is very harsh to look at, especially late at night when Ive been slaving at the putty face all day, or down the resin mine.

By the way, I liked the "no edits" of the previous forum.

But I do like the top bar graphics.
