You have to hide your Britishness because, believe me, it comes across in your posts. You have to be stealth-American to get away with it. Don't appeal to reason so much, and don't try to politely avoid stating the obvious. Use direct, personal attacks whenever possible. Jump to a conclusion once in a while, and when someone calls you on it, just ride with it and pretend that they are the one mistaken. Watch the spelling. Remember, you can't do it TOO well. And avoid all the Britishisms in your speech. Throw in a 'fuck yeah' from time to time. Occasionally mention Jesus.
