Well I had a little live chat (like the days of MSN messenger) with one of their drones (I'm guessing an overseas help center) and he assured me my account was safe and gave me a 15% off voucher code. I guess that's them being helpful. I left it at that as the guy's English was a bit ropey and was only spot on when he was supplying stock answers. No suggestion of how it happened though. I've got shit like Dead Space and Plants v Zombies in my game library now which I didn't buy but thankfully I also didn't end up paying for. Might try downloading them.

That would explain why they all show up in my purchase history as costing 0 Rubles.
