Are you selling your modifications or just using these services to distribute them?

As a result of requests received, to have the English version of our books of armies and rules, in the end we decided to try to satisfy these requests. However, since this is a very demanding job, we felt it was right to demand an appropriate compensation. Therefore we have chosen to use BentBox and Patreon as distribution channels, as they are very well known and used. As we have written in the pages of our site, those who have problems using these sites, can send us an email and we will tell him how he can do to get what he is interested, of course, for a fee.

It is a problem shrinking to fit 8.5" x 11".
The font size becomes smaller & difficult to read.

If you center the content on the page & keep it within 8.1" x 10.6" it should be possible to print "full size" and avoid shrinkage. There is about 2/10" on each side where the printer cannot print.

We obtain pdf files directly from MS-WORD through the "PDFCreators" program. In the format options there are the following:
TABLOID - LEDGER - A3 - A4 - A5 - A6 - LEGAL - LETTER - LETTER SMALL - A4 SMALL - A7 - A8 - A9 - A10 - ISO B3 - ISO B4 - ISO B5 - ISO B6 - JIS B3 - JIS B5 - JIS B6 - C3 - C4 - C5 - C6 - ARCH B - ARCH A - FLSA - FLSE - HALFLETTER - PA4

If there is one that you think is for you better than the A4 (the one we used), let us know and we will try to "print" the doc file in pdf format with that format. If the result is satisfactory, we can take into consideration the distribution of our books in this format as well.

Here indeed there is a mistake that we must correct. We will do it as soon as possible.

PaintsByNumbers wrote:It would be helpful it you included the paragraph below IN the Compendium document:

1) Compendium of the Armies of Fantasy Warrriors

The "Compendium of the Armies of Fantasy Warriors" includes the 12 armies (plus the 13th dedicated to Auxiliaries and Mercenaries) that were published by GRENADIER with the "Fantasy Warriors Companion by Nick Lund" and with the subsequent updates published with the magazine WARRIOR, also published by GRENADIER. We have corrected and updated the profiles and costs in points of the Grenadier tables, in order to make these armies fully compatible with the others of our creation. For their use you must use the "Special Rules" , including those for some new Individuals (Paladin, Destroyer, Enchantress, Druid) , found in the first 5 pages of this Compendium: the same document that is also included in the "ARMIES" page.

We did not write it in the book because we wrote it on the page of our site from which the book is made available. Insert it would require redoing the entire layout of the book and frankly there seems not to be the case.

Why did you make this request?
Why should we insert that paragraph in the Compendium, since - as said - is already reported on the site page?

Hi,
I tried to save a MS-Word doc file (Barbarians - basic) in the format "Letter 22 x 28 cm" (8.5 "x 11") and then I "printed" the pdf obtaining the corresponding file:
http://www.naran.it/naran/International ... -22x28.pdf
There were no problems with pagination.
Is this okay for you?
