JJ Parus, you are a fucking idiot. Mueller cannot indict a sitting president because his boss in the DoJ would not allow it. And Mueller said just that.

Barr just said he could have if he wanted too.
One more Mueller cop out. He’s good at that.
Let’s just face it. You and your compadres are suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome.
How will you cope when he wins not only the Electoral College but the popular vote too?
The wailing and gnashing of teeth will be wonderful to see.

How can I block those fucking “Impeach Trump!” ads on YouTube that pop up when I just want to hear Patty Loveless or Ricky Skaggs?’
Tom Steyer, you’re as irrational as .... the usual suspects here.
Not only him, but some broad is chiming in too.
I would want to block any pro-Trump ads too. I just hate music videos polluted with politics.

I've got a million quatloos that Trump stands exactly zero chance of winning the popular vote. All of the voter suppression efforts from 2016 and he still lost by 3 million. At his current pace he will lose by over 4 million and possibly 5.

I've another million quatloos that the pathetic grasping at straws to investigate the investigators with the mythical 3 produces nothing. No FISA issues, no magic Strok, Comey, Clapper et al issues. A little whinging but nothing else.

And 7 for 34 is simply stupid (but vastly better than 0 for Hillary) knowing full well the Russian indictments are difficult (but they do screw up their travel) and Roger Stone and his cronies are still headed for trial or plea bargain plus the SDNY had a ration of data tossed over the fence to them on porn star buying off among other classic tawdriness and is highly likely to have a few fun surprises for the ongoing Trump Crime Family.

I notice crickets on the whole 2 years of Republicans owning both houses of Congress and the Presidency and producing nothing, nada, zero, zilch. Incompetence or simply nothing to the paranoid fantasies?

Barr just said he could have if he wanted too.

Simply untrue.

Barr said he could have offered an opinion specific to obstruction.

Mueller contends that he chose not to offer such an opinion simply because absent an indictment, the President had no legal vehicle to answer such a charge.

Only the House can indict via impeachment thus providing a chance for trial in the Senate but absent something new, that's not happening unless 67 votes appear likely in the Senate.

Barr fully backs the contention of the DOJ Office of Legal Council memo that a sitting President cannot be indicted for a Federal crime.
