Orc finished.
Not happy with certain parts of him but he was a good practice piece and i like his face.

I like the idea behind them but sadly I worry that a genuine kikcstarter just asking for a few quid to get a mould made would be lost under CMoN or mantic or some other giant million pound pre order campaign.

I started an orc to try sculpting something a little less human.

Keep sculpting - I'm generally not keen on kickstarters - but these may make me change my mind! :D

I sent them off to alternative armies for casting ,whether they make it through vulcanisation is another question.

I'm thinking if i can sculpt enough ,say 10-15 characters, i could run a small kickstarter to get them produced.

I kind of gave up on any attempt at period accuracy on this one and said "screw it, i'm sculpting Boromir."

The second figure was finished and sent for casting alongside the first.
