That's who I thought the bottom was with his sequin shit.

They look great and I watch Dr.Who from time to time but still no idea WHO they are.

Oh and I'm young enough to remember the Tracey Island that you could make off of Blue Peter (you know, before the Internet, when you sent of for a "fact sheet" lol).

Anyway, I thought Thunderbirds was rubbish so naturally I made something to put my earliest minis on.

Doctor Who
UFO
Space: 1999
Thunderbirds, Stingray, Fireball XL5, Captain Scarlet, Jo90

have you not heard of any of those either ?

I vaugely remember watching the Who episode with the "space maggots" that we're made out of inflated condoms.
And even fainter ones of some episode with space bases on Mars(?) and a dead dalek oozing black ichor. Other than that I remember finding the little robot chap "bebebebe" on Buck Rogers reruns quite fun.

Sorry!

I used to watch it on Gold or whatever the channel was on cable round me dad's after my parents divorced. It was his sunday morning ritual.

I loved Blakes 7. I was at primary school when it was on and always got to be Avon. Not because I was cool, but because I had a bowl head barnet.

I remember the guns that they used to have: my mum had a set of hair curlers by Braun or Clairol or someone that looked just like the laser dildo thing the Blake mini is holding.

I also remember an episode of Blue Peter where they made replicas of the wrist communicators they wore.

I dunno, given that the heads are probably only 4mm or so, I'd say Ian's done a pretty good job...

I have sort of fond memories of Blake's 7 but do find it a bit cringeworthy to watch these days.

For some reason it is decidedly more cheesey than Dr. Who in my eyes.

These mini's are nice. But I am a bit curious as to whether there is a market out there for them.

I say that as if you were going to replay any of the Blake's 7 adventures you'd need the team and maybe a couple of baddies and some white outline armatures for when they 'beam'.

So nice enough but not for me. :)
