I love the Arkham Horror, apparently Eldritch Horror is very similar, but covers the whole globe rather than just the iconic town and it's neighbouring cult infested areas. Different games every time, but to get the truly "re-playable" aspect, it might be best to almost roleplay the game, rather than just "game" it, if you understand what I'm blathering about.
Another good game is ticket to ride (the original) with the 1812 expansion (extra tickets/game styles), although due to time/space issues I usually just play via the mobile app now - much quicker and cheaper, and can be played solo.
