Step 1: As with anything, you need a solid foundation before beginning. That foundation can be something as simple as a small ovoid or as complex as a fully articulated skull.
Step 2: Apply a layer over the cured foundational shape
Step 3: Create the eye sockets. The bottoms of the sockets are roughly the midpoint of the head.
Step 4: Pull material forward from the cheeks to create the muzzle.
Step 5: Use a pair of tweezers to pull out putty for the nose. This can be done without the tweezers by pulling putty out one side at a time, but the tweezers make it much easier.
Step 6: Press up with a hobby knife to define the bottom of the nose.
Step 7: Refine the shape of the nose as necessary.
Step 8: Using a needle or small ball burnisher (this one happens to be an embossing tool), press up on the bottom of either side of the nose to create the nostril flare.
Step 9: All that pushing and pulling can lengthen and distort your figure’s face, you may need to redefine it every few minutes. One way to restore the shape is to push material back up from the jawline.
Step 10: Press in a line for the mouth using a hobby knife or other thin tool.
Step 11: Just below the mouth, press in again with the hobby knife, pushing the putty up slightly. This creates the lower lip.
Step 12: Sticking with the hobby knife, press in the eye socket. Twist the blade upward slightly before pulling it out. This automatically creates the upper eyelid.
Step 13: Take a very small amount of putty and place it into the eye socket.
Step 14: Press down on each end of the eye to secure it in place and to give it a more round appearance.
Step 15: After the eyes are finished, push the putty on the forehead down slightly to create the brow ridge.
Step 16: Additional wrinkles can be added with a needle tool if necessary.
Step 17: The shapes of the face can be further refined with a ball burnisher. The mouth area especially usually requires some touch up work.
Step 18: Furrows are put into the brow with the needle tool.
Step 19: Once the putty has cured for an hour or so and become more resilient, facial expressions can be created by pulling various parts of the face around. In this case, I’m pulling up on the corner of the mouth, again with the needle tool.
Step 20: The finished face. _________________ http://www.prophetminis.com |

I don't believe you made that. Looks to me like you pressmoulded a Hasslefree face and progressively flattened out all the details until you ended up with an oval blob on a stick.
For shame! _________________ Stupidfuckingcuntybollocksexpialidocious |

Indeed, but I think he (Gubski) is a lot smarter: first he scibored a face and using a tool he rounded it up and he put the pictures of him doing it in reverse order.
edit: Hasslehof already said that. But as he knew all of this he is probably doing the same. _________________

Damn, I thought someone was starting an "A-Team" line of minis. _________________ The forum FAQ

I missed that 'bring back the A-Team' prog from the other week. Anyone see it? I was wondering what he was going to do about Hannibal. _________________ http://www.artemisblacks.com

It was pretty good, he did manage to get an interview with T (who was on good form). They had a reunion party at the end which everyone except T went to, including Stephen Cannell and several of the continuing support actors inc Robert Vaughn. Peppard's son also came, apparently he was a regular on the set and popular with the crew (more popular than Peppard himself from the sounds of it).
They didn't actually attempt to create new A-Team footage. _________________ The forum FAQ
